Holman tested hundreds of cookies in numerous regional grocery retail outlets searching for the best-baked wafer cookie. He sponsored blind-taste tests in multiple stores for retail consumers to try the cookie against other multi-line national brands. The feedback was nearly 3 to 1 in favor of the SweetTooth Mom’s Favorite™ brand cookie.
But that isn’t how SweetTooth got the “Mom’s Favorite” tagline! Mr. Holman’s mother, Genevieve, the matriarch of the family, also participated in the blind taste test. When his mother also chose the SweetTooth cookie over the others, Holman knew he was onto something great. The “Mom’s Favorite” tagline signifies this wafer cookie met the Holman matriarch’s approval.

Recipes
Vanilla Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
2-3/4 cups cold milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 120 wafers)
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes; fold in condensed milk.
Set aside 1 tablespoon whipped topping and 2 tablespoons wafer crumbs.
Fold remaining whipped topping into pudding.
In a 3-qt. serving bowl, layer a third of the strawberries, wafer crumbs and pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with reserved wafer crumbs; top with reserved whipped topping.
Refrigerate until serving.
Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches
1/2 cup ice cream or frozen yogurt (any flavor)
20 SweetTooth Vanilla Wafer cookies
Line a storage container with wax paper. Prepare desired toppings in individual bowls.Put a small scoop of ice cream (about 2 teaspoons) on a cookie and top with another cookie. Roll ice cream sandwich in toppings so they adhere to the ice cream. Place in container. Repeat with remaining ingredients.Cover container and place in the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes, or freeze for up to 1 week.

Easy Vanilla Wafer Tiramisu
1 Tbsp. Instant coffee
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
3 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
32 SweetTooth Vanilla Wafers
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
Directions
Dissolve coffee granules in hot water. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in whipped topping.
Place 16 of the wafers on bottom of 8-inch square dish; cover with half of the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Top with raspberries just before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
